These Terms and Conditions of Sale apply to all purchases made through the website www.owl-peak.com, operated by:

By confirming an order on the site, you agree to these terms in full.


1. Products

The products offered for sale are those listed on www.owl-peak.com at the time of order. We make every effort to ensure that descriptions and images are accurate and up to date. Minor differences in color, size, or finish may occur due to screen display or manufacturing tolerance and do not affect the product’s core functionality.


2. Prices

All prices are listed in Euros (€) and include VAT applicable in the European Union and the United Kingdom.
Shipping costs, if any, are clearly displayed before final checkout.

DISTRIKOM reserves the right to change product prices at any time. However, the price applied to an order is the one displayed at the time of purchase.


3. Orders

Placing an order requires the following steps:

  1. Add product(s) to your cart

  2. Complete the checkout form with accurate billing and shipping details

  3. Accept these Terms and Conditions

  4. Proceed with payment using one of the secure methods offered

You will receive an email confirmation upon successful payment. This email does not yet confirm a contract of sale. The sale is considered final once the order has been processed and dispatched.

DISTRIKOM reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order in the case of suspected fraud or payment issues.


4. Payment

Payments are handled through secure payment providers via Shopify (including credit/debit card, PayPal, or other local options).

Orders will only be processed after full payment is received.


5. Shipping

All orders are fulfilled and shipped by Amazon FBA (Fulfillment by Amazon).

We currently ship to most countries within the European Union and the United Kingdom.

Estimated delivery times:

  • EU: 3 to 7 business days

  • UK: 5 to 10 business days

Shipping rates and delivery options are shown during checkout. A tracking number will be provided once the order is dispatched.

DISTRIKOM is not responsible for delays caused by customs, carrier issues, or incorrect delivery information entered by the customer.


6. Right of Withdrawal (Returns)

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the product, in accordance with EU and UK consumer protection laws.

Returns are handled via Amazon’s return service, which ensures a smooth and reliable process.

To initiate a return:

  • Contact us at contact@distrikom.com with your order number

  • We will guide you through the Amazon-managed return process

Returned items must be unused, in original condition and packaging. Refunds will be issued within 14 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned product.

Return shipping may be covered depending on the return reason and region (Amazon determines this during the return process). Otherwise, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.


7. Defective or Damaged Products

If your product arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, contact us within 7 days of delivery. Please include your order number and clear photos of the issue.
We will work with Amazon to process a replacement or refund.


8. Legal Warranty

All products sold by DISTRIKOM are covered by:

  • The legal guarantee of conformity

  • The warranty against hidden defects

These guarantees apply under the conditions established by applicable EU and UK law.


9. Personal Data

Personal information collected during the ordering process is processed in compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the UK Data Protection Act.

10. Applicable Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by French law.
In the event of a dispute, the customer should first attempt to resolve the issue by contacting contact@distrikom.com.
If no resolution is found, disputes may be brought before the competent courts or resolved via the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform:
